Great location, easy access but badly in need of renovations.

Location, clean linen and air conditioning system.

It requires upgrading. Especially the shower/bathroom area.

Great if traveling alone...clean & cheap

The room was relatively clean however a distraction to this included partially removed wall paper and wood trim finish that had worn off paint, simple things to improve on.

Poor air conditioning, you should not advertise A/C if it is under powered or can not keep room cool with two occupants. Again, the whole room lacked T.L.C. tender loving care.

Excellent location, very helpful staff. Very basic rooms

Location Location Location. Excellent location very central. Rooms cleaned every day. Clean towels and bed sheets. Facility of leaving luggage in nearby hotel was very welcome and very accommodating

Very basic and old. Was loud at times at night time. Better lock on door to room might give a more secure feeling

Perfect location but not a three star hotel.

The location was very close to the train station and the Duomo was right around the corner. That was the best part of the stay. The bed was very soft if you like that (it was fine for me) but if you like a medium to firm bed, it’s not that!

There was no front desk person for check in. It was self serve I guess you could say. The lift (elevator) was only big enough for one person. And there was construction in the building from 6am until early evening. I was woke up every day by the noise. Bathroom is very small, if you are a big man, good luck going to the bathroom! I’m 5’2” and my knees nearly touched the wall when I sat down.

If you are on the one or two day trip its a handy stay as location was fab!

The location was just the best! In walking distance from the old city and all the museums. It was very close to the train station and that was truly handy! The room was also very quiet, it's amazing as it was on a bustling street. Oh well, we had our windows to the back of the building. There was no reception as such, but the number given was very handy to contact the host.

Our bathroom was flooded, because of the boiler leaking, but it can happen to anyone. I was pleased that we were offered a new room. We had a double room, but there was only one cup, no glasses, not even plastic ones. Mattresses were super soft, so it was very hard to sleep as the body would sink. Unless you really like it that way ..

Central location, it was clean and comfortable.

The area is very noisy, it was not easy to find. I had not received "how to get in information" by the time I got there, despite the owner saying it was on its way. This was sorted out quickly. The type of accommodation it is, it would be a good idea to have facilities to make a hot drink and fridge in the room. The light in our bathroom was on a timer, and the timing was short it did not give you time to finish your ablutions. It's not funny having to wave your arms at the motion detector when it all goes dark in the shower.
